OPERATIONAL/ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

The Operational/Administrative staff of SASS9 consist of field, clerical and managerial staff. The managerial staff comprises mainly of Defense Services officers of Indian Armed Forces complimented by a highly experienced civilian team of professionals in the field of sales, marketing, operations, HR and administration.

The Branch Heads and Operational Staff are also mainly Defense Officers and all the staff members are bonafide employees of SASS9.

SASS9 draws heavily on best practices being followed by blue chip companies and the core group of managers of our company meet every month to discuss, review the overall performance and evolve new strategies and plans for organizational growth and development.

REPORTING SYSTEM

In order to ensure better service delivery, our Supervisors are responsible for various inputs on daily, weekly, monthly and periodical basis.

These inputs include: -

  • Daily attendants report of the staff deployed.
  • Daily Supervisor Check Sheet.
  • Weekly/Monthly/periodical Check Sheet.
  • The Client's facility is continuously monitored and reviewed by our core business team officers through regular daily day/night checks
  • The Client's complaints are attended promptly and solutions provided with committed time frame
